Man charged with taking indecent pictures of women at supermarket | News
RICHMOND, VA (WWBT)- A man is accused of taking indecent pictures of women at Willow Lawn.
Police say 50-year-old Mark Dreyer took pictures of women's private parts while at a supermarket, at the shopping center late last month.
The warrant was handed down this week. Dreyer is charged with non-consensual filming and video taping.
